This ASCCP case study program presents a focused, evidence-based clinical approach to anal cancer screening for women, emphasizing prevention, risk stratification, and practical screening strategies. It integrates current guidelines, epidemiology, and risk-factor identification to equip clinicians with tools for early detection of anal dysplasia. The program addresses common barriers to screening and offers actionable solutions for implementation in clinical practice. Designed for clinicians and trainees, it includes case-based learning and guideline-referenced recommendations to support high-quality care.

Led by Eric M. Ganz, MD, FACOG, in this webinar, we will:

Explain the epidemiology of anal cancer

Identify and mitigate the roadblocks in anal cancer screening

Describe how to screen for anal cancer

Define the risk factors for anal dysplasia and cancer

Outline the current guidelines for anal cancer screening
